Customers have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the services have not been delivered as ordered. Refunds will be calculated based on the portion of services not received within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will not be granted if:

1. The client’s account or post becomes unavailable after delivery, as we cannot verify the completion of the service in such cases.
2. The client’s account is made private during the service, if there are changes to the username or profile, or if incorrect data such as profile links, posts, or @usernames is provided, as accurate information is required for service delivery.
3. The client’s profile is private before the service starts, as this condition is clearly communicated both before and after the order confirmation.

Additionally, refunds will not be provided for orders where no post or profile link was provided.
