We strive to deliver our services promptly, typically within 24 hours of purchase. However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary.

**5. Account Monitoring and Refill Limitations**

Customers acknowledge that drops in followers, likes, or views may occur due to the nature of the service involving real users. While we may provide refills for lost engagement in certain situations, the decision to do so is at our discretion.

RiseWay utilizes third-party providers for the acquisition of followers and likes. Users acknowledge that these services are sourced externally, and we act as an intermediary. The nature of engagement may vary as it is dependent on real user activity obtained through these third-party channels.

**7. Platform Compliance and Risk Mitigation**

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with the terms and guidelines of the respective social media platforms. We are not responsible for any consequences, including account suspension or banning, arising from the use of our services. Customers use our services at their own risk.

**8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links**

We are not affiliated with the social media platforms mentioned or their third-party partners. Any trademarks, logos, or intellectual property of these platforms are the property of their respective owners. Third-party links on our site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party sites.

• Information Collection and Use

When visitors interact with the RiseWay website, we collect data provided in comments, including the information shown in the comments form, IP address, and browser user agent string for spam detection.

• Cookies

When visitors leave comments on the site, we may opt-in to saving their name, email address, and website in cookies. These cookies last for one year for user convenience. Additional cookies are set when users log in, providing temporary or persistent login information and screen display choices.

Customers have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the services have not been delivered as ordered. Refunds will be calculated based on the portion of services not received within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will not be granted if:

1. The client’s account or post becomes unavailable after delivery, as we cannot verify the completion of the service in such cases.
2. The client’s account is made private during the service, if there are changes to the username or profile, or if incorrect data such as profile links, posts, or @usernames is provided, as accurate information is required for service delivery.
3. The client’s profile is private before the service starts, as this condition is clearly communicated both before and after the order confirmation.

Additionally, refunds will not be provided for orders where no post or profile link was provided.

**11. Limitation of Liability**

RiseWay, Pacific Media LLC, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Users agree to use our services at their own risk.

**12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
